Nick Shulsky
Nick Shulsky has been with Stern since 2016, beginning his career as a territory manager before being named President of Stern & Company in 2023. Growing up around the business, Nick gained early hands-on experience working in window plants during summer breaks under the guidance of his father, former Stern partner Jon Shulsky. Today, he brings both operational insight and a long-term vision to his leadership role. Outside of work, Nick enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending time with his family.

Barb Wells serves as the Office Manager at Stern and Company, where she has been a steady and trusted presence since 1989. Before joining the firm, Barb worked in the window manufacturing industry, bringing with her a strong foundation in operations, organization, and customer service. Known for her warm, approachable style, Barb keeps the office running smoothly and supports both staff and clients with a friendly, can‑do attitude. Her decades of experience and genuine care for the team make her an essential part of the company’s day‑to‑day success.Outside the office, Barb loves spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends. She especially enjoys the summertime—swimming, hosting cookouts, and soaking up the warm weather.
Chad Jordan
Chad Jordan started with Stern in 2023 after spending three years with a window manufacturer, where he built a strong foundation in the fenestration industry. As a Sales Account Manager, Chad enjoys working closely with customers to understand their needs and find practical, long-term solutions, believing that strong relationships are just as important as strong products. Outside the office, Chad values time with his family, enjoys getting out on the golf course, and never misses a chance to watch or talk sports.

Tom Lindsey joined Stern & Co. as an Account Manager in the spring of 2025. While newer to the window and door industry, he brings fresh, outside-the-box thinking shaped by diverse experience across multiple industries. Entrepreneurial by nature, Tom is deeply focused on long-term relationship building, open communication, and creating cohesive partnerships that drive innovation and mutual success. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, traveling, cycling, and skiing; preferably alongside his wife and their toddler.
